过滤设备是Lyocell纤维生产工序中的关键设备,在纤维素原液制备及NMMO水溶液循环系统中尤为重要,过滤效果的好坏直接影响纤维素原液及最终成品的质量。介绍了国内已建成的Lyocell生产线原液过滤所采用的过滤器,主要有烛式过滤器、多碟式自动反洗过滤器和柱塞式过滤器,并介绍了Lyocell原液车间纤维素原液制备、NMMO水溶液循环系统所用过滤设备的结构、日常使用情况及优缺点。

Filtration equipment is the key equipment in the production process of Lyocell fiber,which is particularly important in the cellulose stock solution preparation and NMMO aqueous solution circulation system.The quality of filtration effect directly affects the quality of the cellulose solution and the final product.The main filters used in the filtration of stock solution of Lyocell fiber production line in China are introduced,including candle-type filter,multi-dish automatic backwashing filter and plunger filter.The structure,daily use and advantages and disadvantages of the filter equipment used in Lyocell stock workshop for cellulose stock solution preparation and NMMO aqueous solution circulation system are also introduced.
