涤纶FDY卷装质量增大的可行性探讨

Discussion on the Feasibility of Increasing the Packaging Mass of Polyester FDY

以73 dtex/18 f产品为例,通过卷绕机拨叉改造,将涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)丝饼卷装质量由原来的7.0 kg增加到8.0 kg,以此来达到降低生产和运输成本的目的。对拨叉改造前后丝饼的张力、物理性能、外观等对比发现,改造后卷绕张力会变大,纤度和卷装密度稍微减小,但是丝饼的成型会变差,需通过调整卷绕角修正。试验得出,经过拨叉改造,并增大卷绕角度,卷装质量从7.0 kg增加到8.0 kg,达到降低生产和运输成本的目的。

Taking 73 dtex/18 f products as an example,through the transformation of the shift fork of the winding machine,the packing mass of FDY cake was increased from the original 7.0 kg to 8.0 kg,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the production and transportation costs.By comparing the tension,physical properties and appearance of the cake before and after the transformation,it is found that after the transformation,the winding tension will be increased,the titer and the packing density will be slightly reduced,but the forming of the cake will be worse,which can be corrected by adjusting the winding angle.The test results show that the packing mass is increased from 7.0 kg to 8.0 kg by changing the shifting fork and increasing the winding angle,and the production and transportation costs are reduced.
