基于ANSYS的风力发电机导流罩结构强度分析

摘要 兆瓦级风力发电机导流罩是风力发电机组重要的大型壳体结构,随着复合材料技术的发展,由复合材料制备的导流罩的结构设计和强度校核受到广泛关注。根据GL2010规范,针对某2.5 MW风力发电机导流罩的应用要求,设计出一种安全可靠的导流罩结构,并综合考虑风载荷、雪载荷和活动载荷的影响,利用ANSYS软件对导流罩进行结构强度分析和失效校核,得到各种工况条件下的最大变形和最大应变。仿真结果表明了所设计的导流罩的安全性,为提高导流罩安全性、降低研发成本提供了新的思路和方法。 The hub cover of megawatt wind turbine is an important large shell structure of wind turbine.With the development of composites technology,the structural design and strength check of the hub cover prepared by composites have been widely concerned.According to the GL2010 specification and the application requirements of a 2.5 MW wind turbine hub cover,a safe and reliable hub cover structure was designed.Considering the influence of wind load,snow load and active load,the structural strength analysis and failure verification of the composite guide cover were carried out by ANSYS software,and the maximum deformation and maximum strain under various working conditions were obtained.The simulation results show the safety of the hub cover,and provide new ideas and methods for improving the safety of the hub cover and reducing the development cost.
