摘要
介绍液相热媒炉和集中供热换热系统混用在实现节能减排方面取得的成果。生产实践证明,启用双重供热方式、使用燃气替代物、增加蒸汽管线稳压器、加强日常维护保养四种节能减排方式切实可行,系统日能耗成本降低5.1万元,氮氧化物排放量降低,且不影响产品质量,降低了产品成本,实现经济效益与环境效益的统一。
The achievement of energy saving and emission reduction in the mixed use of liquid phase heat medium furnace and central heating and heat exchange system were introduced.Production practice has proved that it is feasible to use energy saving and emission reduction methods such as dual heating,gas substitute,increase steam pipeline voltage regulator,strengthen daily maintenance.The daily energy consumption cost of the system is reduced by 51000 yuan,the nitrogen oxide emissions are reduced,and the product quality is not affected,the product cost is reduced,and the economic and environmental benefits are unified.
