全程营养支持对宫颈癌放射治疗患者营养指标及血液学指标的影响

Effects of whole nutritional support on nutritional and hematological indexes in patients with radiotherapy for cervical cancer

目的:探讨宫颈癌患者放射治疗(以下简称放疗)全程辅以营养支持干预的临床效果以及对营养指标、血液学指标、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年8月进行放疗的宫颈癌患者102例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以全程营养支持。比较两组营养指标[前白蛋白(PA)、总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(Hb)]、血液学指标[红细胞沉降率(ESR)、红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞比容(HCT)]、癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)评分、并发症发生率、满意率。结果:护理后,两组PA,TP,Hb,RBC及FACT-G评分升高,ESR和HCT降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组放射性直肠炎、放射性阴道炎、放射性膀胱炎等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对临床服务满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者放疗全程辅以营养支持干预措施,能够有效调节血液学指标,显著改善营养状态,防治并发症,提高患者生活质量及满意率。

Objective:To observe and explore the clinical effect of radiotherapy supplemented by nutritional support intervention in patients with cervical cancer and its influence on nutritional indexes,hematological indexes and quality of life.Methods:From January 2020 to August 2022,102 patients with cervical cancer who received radiotherapy in hospital were taken as clinical nursing objects.Random number table method was used to make grouping comparison.The reference group(supplemented by routine nursing)and the experimental group(supplemented by whole-course nutritional support),each with 51 cases.Nutritional indexes[prealbumin(PA),total protein(TP),hemoglobin(Hb)],hematological indexes[erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),erythrocyte count(RBC),erythrocyte volume(HCT)],cancer patients quality of life scale(FACT-G)score,complication rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of PA,TP,Hb,RBC and FACT-G were increased in two groups,while ESR and HCT were decreased,and the experimental group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).Radiation proctitis,radiation vaginitis,radiation cystitis and other complications in the experimental group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of clinical services in the experimental group was as high as 96.08%,higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-course radiotherapy supplemented with nutritional support intervention measures for cervical cancer patients can effectively adjust hematological indicators,significantly improve nutritional status,prevent complications,and promote the quality of life and satisfaction rate,which can be recommended.
