面向智慧养老场景的数据资源描述框架研究

Research on Data Resource Description for Smart Elderly Care Scenarios

2000年我国步入老龄化社会,2012年全国老龄办首先提出“智能化养老”的理念。党的十八大、十九大、二十大都提出“健康中国战略”,健康养老已成为《“健康中国2030”规划刚要》的重要内容。但智慧养老在我国服务成效差,其中智慧养老数据资源“不统一”、共享与开发利用差是主要问题之一。通过对智慧养老数据资源来源与分类,以及数据资源描述内容和场景要素与资源描述框架分析后发现,借鉴场景框架可以实现对智慧养老场景数据资源的描述,并在此基础上构建了智慧养老场景数据资源描述框架与概念模型,该框架包含六类概念,即智慧养老服务主体、老年人、智慧养老设施、智慧养老活动主题、智慧养老活动时间和智慧养老地点。通过康复训练场景的实例验证表明,智慧养老场景数据资源描述框架可以作为智慧养老场景的通用描述概念框架,对智慧养老服务场景内容进行揭示和描述。

In 2000,China entered an aging society,and in 2012,the National Office for Aging first proposed the concept of“Smart Senior Care(SSC)”.“Healthy China Strategy”was proposed at the 18th and 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and health care for the elderly has become an important content of the“Healthy China 2030”plan.However,the service result of intelligent pension is poor in our country.Based on the analysis of the source and classification of smart pension data resources,as well as the description content of data resources and scene elements and the resource description framework,it is found that the scene framework can be used to describe the data resources of smart pension scene,and on this basis,the smart pension scene data resource description framework and conceptual model are constructed.The framework contains six categories of concepts:smart pension service providers,the elderly,smart elderly care facilities,smart elderly care activity theme,smart elderly care activity time,and location of smart elderly care activities.The example verification of the rehabilitation training scenario shows that the intelligent elderly care scenario data resource description framework can be used as the general description conceptual framework of the intelligent elderly care scenario,revealing and describing the content of the intelligent elderly care service scenario.
