Research on Lending Services to Primary and Secondary Schools of National Library of New Zealand

为服务课堂教学、帮助学生快乐阅读,新西兰国家图书馆为本国中小学师生提供了专门的借阅服务。该服务紧密对接本国中小学教育体系,适应了教师与学生的差异化需求。其特色做法包括将指定文献借阅与大宗文献借阅相结合、提供详尽的借阅指导等,并且协调员在管理借阅流程方面发挥了至关重要的作用。新西兰国家图书馆中小学借阅服务对我国图书馆的启示包括三个方面,即强化图书馆的中小学服务意识、创新中小学借阅服务思路、建设两支高素质的馆员队伍。

To serve class teaching and help students read for pleasure,National Library of New Zealand provides a specific lending service to teachers and students of primary and secondary schools.The service is closely related to the school education system of New Zealand and satisfies different needs of teachers and students.It features a combination of specific loans with bulk loans and a detailed instruction on how to use the service.Besides,coordinators play a very important role in managing the lending process.The enlightenment to libraries in China includes three aspects.That is,to enhance libraries’service consciousness to schools,to pay attention to innovation in lending services and to build two high quality librarian teams in libraries and school libraries respectively.
