Promoting High-Quality Development of Public Libraries Through Evaluation and Grading

评估定级工作在公共图书馆事业发展过程中发挥了以评促建、以评促管、以评估促效能提升的作用。第七次全国县级以上公共图书馆评估定级工作是对全国县级以上公共图书馆2018—2021年各方面工作进行全面总结与评价,更是推动公共图书馆事业高质量发展的一次重要举措。通过梳理黑龙江省图书馆的历史沿革和目前概况,总结近年来的重点工作,发现目前存在的不足,提出公共图书馆应以评估定级工作为契机,加速数字化转型,完善服务标准化、规范化建设,推动公共图书馆高质量发展。

The evaluation and grading work has played a role in promoting construction,management,and efficiency in the development of public libraries.The seventh national evaluation and grading of national public libraries at or above the county is a comprehensive summary and evaluation of various aspects of the work of public libraries from 2018 to 2021,and is also an important measure to promote the high-quality development of public libraries.By reviewing the historical evolution and current situation of Heilongjiang Province Library,summarizing the key work in recent years,this paper finds the current shortcomings,and proposes that public libraries should take the opportunity of evaluation and grading work to accelerate digital transformation and promote the standardization and normalization of services.
