摘要
卟啉纳米光敏性和荧光性较强,生物相容性和稳定性良好,粒径较小,在生物医学领域中应用前景广泛。近年来,卟啉纳米分子在光动力疗法、生物成像、药物传递、组织修复等领域的应用研究取得了许多新成果。综述了近年来卟啉纳米在生物医学的应用研究进展。
Porphyrin nanoparticles have received wide attention and applications in biomedical fields because of their strong photosensitivity and fluorescence,good biocompatibility and stability,small particle size.In recent years,many new achievements have been made in research on the application of porphyrin nanoparticles in the fields of pho-todynamic therapy,bioimaging,drug delivery and tissue repair.The progress on the application of porphyrin nanopar-ticles in biomedicine was reviewed.
