某院2021年门诊口服二类精神药品的应用及合理性分析

Application and rationality analysis of oral classⅡpsychotropic drugs in outpatient department of a hospital in 2021

目的调查门诊二类精神药品的使用情况并分析其合理性,为临床合理选择及使用二类精神药品提供依据。方法收集2021年郑州市第七人民医院门诊药房二类精神药品处方14784张,以限定日剂量(DDD)和用药频度(DDDs)为指标,并结合患者的基本情况分析二类精神药品的应用合理性。结果通过对二类精神药品处方的统计发现,年龄在51~65岁范围内的患者占比最高,为38.136%(5638/14784),年龄<35岁的患者占比最低,为14.269%(2109/1478)。女性患者所占比例较高,为55.560%(8214/14784),明显高于男性患者。3种类型的口服二类精神药品中,艾司唑仑的处方数占比最高,为26.569%(3928/14784),阿普唑仑的使用频率最高,艾司唑仑位居第二位,非苯二氮类的右佐匹克隆使用频率较低,巴比妥类的苯巴比妥片使用频率最低。结论本院门诊二类精神药品使用基本合理,但仍有不合理用药现象的存在。

Objective To investigate the use of ClassⅡpsychotropic drugs in outpatient clinics and ana-lyze their rationality,so as to provide a scientific basis for the rational selection and use of ClassⅡpsychotropic drugs in clinic.Methods A total of 14784 prescriptions of ClassⅡpsychotropic drugs in outpatient pharma-cies in 2021 were collected,and the rationality of ClassⅡpsychotropic drug application was analysed by using the limited daily dose(DDD)and the frequency of medication(DDDs)as indicators,and combining them with the basic conditions of the patients.Results Through the statistics on the prescriptions of the classⅡpsy-chotropic drugs,it was found that the highest proportion of patients in the age range of 51~65 years was 38.136%(5638/14784),the lowest proportion of patients aged<35 years was only 14.269%(2109/1478),and the proportion of female patients was the highest was 55.560%(8214/14784),which was significantly higher than that of male patients.Among the three types of oral classⅡpsychotropic drugs,estazolam accounted for the high-est number of prescriptions at 26.569%(3928/14784),alprazolam was the most frequently used,estazolam ranked second,non-benzodiazepines eszopiclone was used less frequently,and phenobarbital tablets of the barbi-turate,was used the least frequently.Conclusion The use of ClassⅡpsychotropic drugs in outpatient clinics in our hospital is basically reasonable,but irrational use of drugs still exists.
