煤分质利用废水处理工程实例及运行效果分析

摘要 煤分质利用废水属于典型的高氨氮、难降解、有毒有害工业废水,利用低浓度生产废水调制调节,采用分质预处理-生物处理(AO/AO)-高效沉淀池-生物滤池联合工艺处理煤分质利用混合废水,介绍了工艺流程、主要构筑物设计参数及设备选型,对分质预处理混合废水和联合工艺处理系统处理后出水水质检测分析。结果表明该工艺对COD、BOD_(5)、NH_(3)-N、石油类、SS的去除率分别为97.7%、98.3%、98.6%、100%、94.3%,出水多项指标达到进入回用处理系统的进水标准。 Coal separation wastewater is a typical toxic industrial wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen,which is difficult to degrade.The combined process of mass separation pretreatment,biological treatment(AO/AO),high efficiency sedimentation tank and biological filter(pre-denitrification filter and biological aerated filter) is used to treat the mixed wastewater of coal mass separation and utilization.The process flow,main structure design parameters and equipment selection are introduced.Investigation and analysis on the quality of effluent from mixed wastewater treated by subquality pretreatment and combined process treatment system.The results show that the removal rates of COD,BOD_5,NH_(3)-N,petroleum and SS by this process are 97.7%,98.3%,98.6%,100% and 94.3%,respectively.Multiple discharge indicators meet the inlet standard of wastewater reuse and treatment system.
