Analysis of the U.S.Cyberspace Development Characteristics and Trends Based on the Biden Administration’s National Cybersecurity Strategy

拜登政府上台两年后,在《国家安全战略》的指导牵引下,美国国家网络总监办公室出台了《国家网络安全战略》,为拜登政府后半段任期中开展网络安全相关工作提供了根本遵循。首先,对战略出台背景和主要内容进行了简要阐述;其次,就特朗普和拜登两届政府的网络安全战略文件进行了对比分析;最后,重点阐述了拜登政府网络安全战略的施政要点,以期厘清美国网络安全战略的新变化和发展动向。

Two years after the Biden administration took office,under the guidance of the National Security Strategy,the Office of the U.S.Cyber Director issued the National Cybersecurity Strategy,which provides a fundamental basis for cyber security related work in the second half of the Biden administration’s term.First,the background and main contents of the strategy are briefly expounded.Then,a comparative analysis on the cybersecurity strategy documents of the Trump and Biden administrations is carried out.Finally,the key points of the Biden administration’s cyber security strategy are highlighted,in order to clarify the new changes and development trends of the U.S.cyber security strategy.
