摘要
美国国防部于2023年3月9日发布《2023—2027年国防部网络劳动力战略》,旨在提供一个通过招聘、培养和保留最优秀人才来增加和改善其劳动力的路线图,使国防部能够缩小劳动力发展差距,保持在技术的前沿,安全快速地交付弹性系统,形成以数据分析为中心的人力资源体系。本战略概述了识别、招聘、培养和保留四大人力资本支柱,确定了四大劳动力目标以实现该战略的使命和愿景,列出4大支柱存在的挑战,并针对性地提出六项实施措施,从而能够应对当前和未来的网络挑战。
The U.S.DoD(Department of Defense)released the DoD Cyber Workforce Strategy 2023—2027 on March 9,2023,which aims to provide a roadmap to increase and improve its workforce by recruiting,developing,and retaining the best talent,enabling the DoD to close the workforce development gap,remain at the forefront of technological advances,deliver resilient systems securely and rapidly,and form a data analytics-centric human resources system.This strategy outlines the four human capital pillars of identification,recruitment,development,and retention,identifies the four workforce goals to achieve the strategy’s mission and vision,lists the challenges that exist in each of the four pillars,and targets six implementation measures to be able to address current and future cyber challenges.
