摘要
破解市域应急物流发展的理论与实践瓶颈,因地制宜构建高效、可靠的应急物流体系,是郑州市面临的重要课题。运用ISM解释结构模型,分析郑州市应急物流体系建设的影响因素及其相互联系,在此基础上提出完善郑州市应急物流体系的对策建议:优化应急物流协调组织机制、应急物流中心布局结构,完善应急物流信息系统、应急物资储备体系、配送运输体系,建设应急物流专业队伍。
It is an important task for Zhengzhou to break the theoretical and practical bottleneck of the development of emergency logistics in the city and build an efficient and reliable emergency logistics system according to local conditions.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the development conditions of emergency logistics system construction in Zhengzhou City,the ISM explanatory structure model is used to quantitatively study the influencing factors of emergency logistics system construction and their interconnection,and on this basis,countermeasure suggestions for improving the emergency logistics system in Zhengzhou City are explored:Improving the coordination and organization mechanism of emergency logistics,optimizing the layout structure of emergency logistics center,constructing block chain-based emergency logistics information system,improving the emergency material reserve system and distribution system,and building a professional team for emergency logistics.
