长三角数字化跃迁视角下物流企业战略差异度与韧性增长新探

New Probe into the Strategic Difference Degree and Resilient Growth of Logistics Enterprises from the Perspective of Digital Transition in Yangtze River Delta

疫情期间,长三角各区域物流企业的战略差异较大,物流韧性参差不齐,对经济高质量发展的推动作用与引领效果也各不相同。如何在数字化跃迁视角下分析物流企业的战略差异度,探求物流韧性的增长秘诀,已是当务之急。文章从数字化跃迁、战略差异度、物流韧性等理论探讨入手,先设计物流企业战略差异度与韧性水平的评价指标体系;然后运用层次分析法算出各个指标的权重,并进行排序与分析,据此寻找影响相对重要的因素,揭示当前长三角物流企业战略发展与韧性增长存在的问题;最后在此基础上,提出数字化跃迁下长三角基于战略差异度的物流韧性增长五大对策。

During the epidemic,the logistics enterprises in various regions of Yangtze River Delta had different strategies and resilience,and had different driving and leading effects on high-quality economic development.How to analyze the strategic difference degree of logistics enterprises and explore the growth secret of logistics resilience in the perspective of digital transition has become an urgent task.This paper starts with the theoretical discussion of digital transition,strategic difference degree and logistics resilience,and first designs the evaluation index system of logistics enterprises'strategic difference degree and resilience level.Then this paper calculates the weight of each index by using the analytic hierarchy process,sorts and analyzes it,finds out the relatively important factors,and reveals the problems existing in the current strategic development and resilient growth of logistics enterprises in Yangtze River Delta.Finally,on this basis,it proposes five countermeasures for the resilient growth of logistics in Yangtze River Delta based on strategic difference degree under digital transition.
