新零售背景下海南农产品冷链物流发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Cold Chain Logistics of Hainan Agricultural Products under the Background of New Retail

依靠大数据、人工智能、区块链及云技术等科学技术的加持,随着生鲜电商、社区团购及网红带货等新消费方式陆续出现,如何数字化赋能冷链物流,实现生鲜产品的快速配送,保障质量,满足顾客需求,对冷链物流提出了更高要求。文章首先分析海南农产品冷链物流供给与需求现状,其次阐述“新零售”形势对海南农产品冷链物流的挑战,最后从预冷意识、冷链设施、冷链人才、监管追溯及全链条冷链等方面分析海南农产品冷链物流发展短板,并提出相应对策建议,为政府扶持政策出台、冷链物流基础设备投入、冷链物流规划布局提供一定参考依据。

Relying on science and technology such as big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and cloud technology,with the emergence of fresh e-commerce,community group buying and Internet red belt goods and other new consumption modes,how to digitally empower cold chain logistics,achieve the rapid distribution of fresh products,ensure quality,meet customer needs,put forward higher requirements for cold chain logistics.This paper first analyzes the current supply and demand of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Hainan,then expounds the challenge of"new retail"situation to cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Hainan,and finally analyzes the development weaknesses of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Hainan from the aspects of pre-cooling consciousness,cold chain facilities,cold chain talents,supervision traceability and the whole chain cold chain,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It provides some reference basis for government support policy,cold chain logistics infrastructure investment,cold chain logistics planning and layout.
