A Case Study of Relevant Surgical Operation Code of Renal Replacement Therapy

基于某三级医院病案编码员工作实践,结合肾替代治疗手术操作发展,以三种肾替代治疗方法为出发点,围绕其所涉及的相关手术操作,分析总结肾替代治疗相关手术操作ICD-9-CM-3编码。肾替代治疗方法有腹膜透析54.98/血液透析39.95/肾移植55.6。治疗前相关手术操作有腹膜透析导管置入54.98/肾透析导管置入38.95/自体和人工血管动静脉瘘39.27/供体肾切除55.51。治疗后常见并发症的手术操作有腹膜透析管拔除97.86/肾透析导管拔除97.89/结扎内瘘39.43/动静脉分流的修复术39.42/排斥肾切除术55.53等。

Based on the work practice of medical record coders in a tertiary hospital,combined with the development of surgical operation of renal replacement therapy,the ICD-9-CM-3 code of surgical operation related to renal replacement therapy was analyzed and summarized by focusing on the relevant surgical operations involved before,during and after the treatment of three renal replacement therapy methods.Renal replacement treatment methods were:peritoneal dialysis 54.98/hemodialysis 39.95/kidney transplantation 55.6;Before treatment,related operations were:peritoneal dialysis catheter placement 54.98/renal dialysis catheter placement 38.95/autologous and artificial vascular arteriovenous fistula 39.27/donor kidney resection 55.51;Common postoperative complications included peritoneal dialysis tube removal 97.86/renal dialysis catheter removal 97.89/ligation of internal fistula 39.43/arterio-venous shunt repair 39.42/rejection nephrectomy 55.53,etc.
