翻转课堂式教学在长学制临床实习生妇产科临床技能培训中的效果

The Exploration and Research of Flipped Classroom Teaching in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department Clinical Skills Training of Long-term Clinical Interns

摘要 目的研究翻转课堂式教学方法在长学制临床实习生妇产科临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月1日-2021年7月31日2017级某医科大学某医院长学制实习生63名,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组31例,对照组32例,观察组应用翻转课堂式教学,对照组采用传统式教学,培训结束后分别进行临床理论和技能考核,比较两组的差异;对两组进行问卷调查,研究两组学生对不同教学方式的满意度。结果实施翻转课堂的教学模式后进行临床理论及技能考试显示观察组病历分析题成绩(35.84±1.13)分高于对照组成绩(32.84±1.58)分;观察组的病史采集、妇科体格查体、产科体格查体、诊疗思维、手术基本操作、腹腔穿刺术各项考试成绩分别为(13.88±0.67)分、(9.22±0.60)分、(9.33±0.52)分、(16.95±2.98)分、(17.30±0.98)分、(17.01±1.04)分,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果发现两组对不同教学方式的满意度相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中100%的学生喜欢翻转课堂式授课方式,97.77%的学生认为该教学方法可以提高学习积极主动性,激发学习兴趣;93.55%的学生认为可提升临床思维能力和团队协作能力,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科临床技能培训中采用翻转课堂式教学方法,有利于提高教学质量和学生成绩;激发学生学习兴趣和学习主动性,提升临床思维能力,提高团队协助能力,值得在临床教学中推广应用。 Objective To investigate the application effect of flipped classroom teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology department clinical skills training of long-term clinical interns.Methods Sixty-three interns in a hospital of a medical university from June 1st,2021 to July 31st,2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 31 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.Flipped classroom teaching was applied in the observation group,while traditional teaching was applied in the control group.Compare the differences between the two groups,and questionnaire survey was conducted to study students'satisfaction with different teaching methods in the two groups.Results After the flipped classroom teaching mode was implemented,the clinical theory and skill test showed that the score of the observation group was(35.84±1.13)higher than that of the control group(32.84±1.58).The scores of medical history collection,gynecological physical examination,obstetrical physical examination,diagnosis and treatment thinking,basic operation and abdominal puncture were(13.88±0.67)points,(9.22±0.60)points,(9.33±0.52)points,(16.95±2.98)points,(17.30±0.98)points,(17.01±1.04)score,were better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The results of questionnaire survey showed that the two groups had statistically significant differences in satisfaction with different teaching methods(P<0.05).100%of the students in the observation group like flipped classroom teaching mode,97.77%of the students believe that this teaching method could improve the learning initiative and stimulate the interest in learning.93.55%of students believed that clinical thinking ability and teamwork ability could be improved,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The flipped classroom teaching method was helpful to improve the teaching quality and student achievement in clinical skills training of obstetrics and gynecology department.It was worthy of clinical application to stimulate students'learning interest,enhance students'learning initiative,enhance clinical thinking ability and improve team assistance ability.
