中国慢性咳嗽研究从国内走向国际

Study of chronic cough in China:From domestic to international

慢性咳嗽是临床上最常见的病症,全球患病率约为9.6%,国内尚无全国性流行病学数据,meta分析显示成人患病率约为6.22%。慢性咳嗽可以由肺内外疾病引起,误诊、误治率高,对患者生活质量造成严重影响。国内慢性咳嗽的研究起步较晚,在钟南山院士的指导下,经过20余年努力,取得了系列成果,获得国内外同行的认可。展望未来,我们还要进一步与国内、国际同行合作,开展国内、国际多中心的临床研究,让中国咳嗽研究在国际舞台上绽放出更加耀眼的光芒!

Chronic cough is the most common clinical condition,with a global prevalence of about 9.6%.There is no nationwide epidemiological data in China,and meta-analysis shows that the adult prevalence is about 6.22%.Chronic cough can be caused by both internal and external lung diseases,with a high rate of misdiagnosis and mistreatment,which seriously affects the life quality of patients.The research on chronic cough in China started late,and with the guidance of Academician Zhong Nanshan,after over 20 years of efforts,a series of achievements have been made and recognized by peers at home and abroad.Looking forward to the future,we need further cooperation with domestic and international peers,carrying out clinical research in multiple centers domestically and internationally,and making Chinese cough research shine more brightly on the international stage.
