铁死亡调控机制与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究进展

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是以不可逆性气流持续性受限为主的呼吸系统疾病,其病因可能是多种环境因素与机体自身因素长期相互作用的结果,发病机制与炎症、蛋白酶/抗蛋白酶失衡及氧化应激相关。铁死亡是近年来发现的一种铁依赖的脂质氢过氧化物累积所致的细胞死亡,目前有研究表明铁死亡调控机制与COPD发生发展相关。本文通过对铁死亡调控机制及其与COPD的研究进展进行简要综述,为未来临床基于铁死亡研发COPD治疗药物提供新发现。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a respiratory system disease mainly characterized by irreversible persistent restriction of air flow.It can be caused by long-term interaction between multiple environmental factors and the body′s own factors.The pathogenesis is related to inflammation,protease/anti-protease imbalance,and oxidative stress.Ferroptosis,discovered in recent years,is a kind of cell death caused by the accumulation of iron-dependent lipid hydroperoxides.At present,some studies find that the regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis is related to the occurrence and development of COPD.This article briefly reviews the regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis and its relationship with COPD,so as to provide new findings for future clinical research and development of ferroptosis-based drugs for COPD.
