摘要
布鲁顿酪氨酸激酶(BTK)主要表达于B细胞,是B细胞受体信号通路的关键激酶,参与调控B细胞增殖、分化、成熟等。BTK是治疗慢性淋巴细胞白血病、套细胞淋巴瘤等B细胞相关肿瘤的重要靶点。研究表明,BTK参与呼吸系统疾病的发生、发展。本文综述了BTK在新型冠状病毒感染等呼吸系统疾病发生、发展中的作用及相关研究进展,旨在拓展对BTK作为治疗呼吸系统疾病新靶点的认知。
Bruton′s tyrosine kinase(BTK),mainly expressed in B cells,is a critical molecule in the signal transduction of B cell receptors and regulates the proliferation,differentiation,and maturation of B cells.BTK is a major therapeutic target in the treatment of B-cell malignancies,such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia and mantle cell lymphoma.Related studies confirmed that BTK is involved in the development and progression of some respiratory diseases.This review will summarize the roles of BTK in Corona Virus Disease 2019 and the related research progress,so as to further the understanding of BTK as a new target for respiratory diseases.
