伴有Kazal域的富含半胱氨酸的逆转诱导蛋白在呼吸系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要 伴有Kazal域的富含半胱氨酸的逆转诱导蛋白(RECK)是一种新型基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂,可对多种基质金属蛋白酶的活性进行负调节。RECK基因的表达可在转录、转录后和表观遗传水平受到调控。RECK对人体正常发育至关重要,在组织发育、形态发生、肌肉和血管形成等生命活动过程中发挥重要作用,其下调参与多种呼吸系统疾病的发生、发展,包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘、肺纤维化、肺结节病和肺癌等。本文就RECK的结构、表达调控、功能及其在呼吸系统相关疾病中的研究现状进行综述。 Reversion inducing cysteine rich protein with Kazal motifs(RECK)is a new type of matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor,which can negatively regulate the activities of multiple matrix metalloproteinases.RECK gene expression can be regulated at transcriptional,post-transcriptional,and epigenetic levels.RECK is essential for normal development and plays an important role in tissue development,morphogenesis,muscle and angiogenesis,and other life activities.Its downregulation is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of respiratory diseases,including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,asthma,pulmonary fibrosis,pulmonary sarcoidosis,and lung cancer.This paper reviewed the structure,expression regulation,and function of RECK and its research status in respiratory diseases.
