犬甲状腺功能减退诊断方法的研究进展

Research progress of diagnostic methods of canine hypothyroidism

甲状腺功能减退是犬最常见的内分泌疾病之一。近年来,甲状腺功能减退患犬数量逐年增加,该病常通过甲状腺功能测试、影像学检查、临床病理学检查结合动物临床表现进行诊断,诊断方法多样、复杂并易受并发症和药物使用的干扰,导致在临床中极易漏诊或误诊。笔者系统性地总结和归纳了国内外学者针对该病的诊断方法和检测结果判读标准的最新研究进展等,以期向临床兽医提供系统、全面的针对犬甲状腺功能减退疾病的诊断思路,并为该病诊断方法的研究提供思路。

Hypothyroidism is one of the most common endocrine in dogs.In recent years,the number of dogs suffering from hypothyroidism has been increasing year by year.The diagnosis of hypothyroidism is usually based on thyroid function tests,imaging examination,clinical pathological examination and animal clinical manifestations.The diagnostic methods for this disease are diverse,complex,and susceptible to complications and drug used,leading to a high risk of missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis in clinical practice.The author systematically summarized the latest research progress on the diagnostic methods and interpretation standards for testing results,in order to provide systematic and comprehensive diagnostic ideas for clinical veterinarians and provide ideas for the research of diagnostic methods for canine hypothyroidism.
