一例牛支原体与溶血性曼氏杆菌混合感染的诊断与治疗

摘要 为了探明引起甘肃省张掖市某养殖场牛只死亡的病原,试验通过临床检查及剖检观察对发病牛只进行初步诊断;然后无菌采集病死牛只的鼻拭子及肺脏组织样品,采用TaqMan探针实时荧光定量PCR方法对3种牛呼吸道疾病的重要病原(牛支原体、溶血性曼氏杆菌及多杀性巴氏杆菌)进行快速检测,并根据诊断结果对有疑似症状及明显症状的牛只进行对症治疗。结果表明:牛只发病时主要表现为精神不振、干嗽气喘、鼻腔流出气泡状黏液等症状,从症状明显到死亡的时间为6~8 h。剖检可见肺脏出现“大理石”样病变,肠系膜淋巴结肿大。所检的10份鼻拭子样品中有6份为牛支原体核酸阳性,4份为溶血性曼氏杆菌核酸阳性;所检的10份肺脏组织样品中有6份为牛支原体核酸阳性,2份为溶血性曼氏杆菌核酸阳性;所有鼻拭子及肺脏组织样品中多杀性巴氏杆菌核酸均为阴性。将发病牛只进行隔离转移后,使用加米霉素注射液、硫酸头孢喹肟等抗生素结合“板黄口服液”等中药制剂进行治疗,并将养殖场外环境及圈舍进行彻底消杀,随后大部分发病牛只逐渐恢复健康,养殖场恢复正常运行。说明该养殖场发病牛只感染了牛支原体与溶血性曼氏杆菌,采取隔离治疗、彻底消杀等综合措施后,取得了较好的效果。 In order to explore the pathogen of a case of dead cattle caused by respiratory disease in a breeding farm in Zhangye City,Gansu Province,in this experiment,the primary diagnosis of infected cattle was carried out through clinical examination and autopsy observation.Then,nasal swabs and lung tissue samples of dead cattle were collected aseptically.The TaqMan probe real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method was used for rapid detection of three important pathogens of bovine respiratory diseases(Mycoplasma bovis,Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida),and symptomatic treatment was given to the cattle with suspected symptoms or obvious symptoms according to the diagnosis results.The results showed that when the disease was onset,the cattle was mainly manifested as lack of energy,dry asthma,and bubble-like mucus from the nasal cavity,and the time from obvious symptoms to death was 6-8 h.Autopsy showed that the lung appeared"marble"-like lesions,with mesenteric lymph node enlargement.Among the 10 nasal swab samples,6 were positive for Mycoplasma bovis nucleic acid and 4 were positive for Mannheimia haemolytica nucleic acid.Among the 10 lung samples,6 were positive for Mycoplasma bovis nucleic acid and 2 were positive for Mannheimia haemolytica nucleic acid.All nasal swabs and lung samples were negative for Pasteurella multocida nucleic acid.After isolation and transfer of the infected cattle,the treatment was given antibiotics such as gamithromycin injection and cefquinome sulfate combined with traditional Chinese Medicine preparations such as“Banhuang”oral liquid.And the off-farm environment and enclosure were thoroughly eliminated.Subsequently,most of the infected cattle gradually recovered and the farm began to resume normal operation.The results suggested that the infected cattle in the farm were infected with Mycoplasma bovis and Mannheimia haemolytica.After comprehensive measures such as isolation,treatment and thorough elimination,good effects were achieved.
