摘要
区域科技合作本质上是知识流动的过程,包括知识生产、知识集成和知识传播过程,由主体因素、客体因素和环境因素组成。本文通过对知识流动内容、方向和成本3个方面分析,构建区域科技合作的知识流动关键影响因素。同时,从知识流动视角探索了区域科技合作知识流动过程的8个特点,并为区域科技合作工作提出了思考:区域科技战略决定了知识流动模式、知识流动阶段化发展;推进知识流动与人员流动、文化流动和平台建设相结合,有助于知识流动的高效集成;完善知识流动机制建设,实现知识流动的成本优化。
Regional scientific and technological cooperation is essentially a process of knowledge flow,including knowledge production,knowledge integration,and knowledge dissemination,which is composed of subject factors,object factors and environmental factors.This paper constructs the key influencing factors of knowledge flow in regional scientific and technological cooperation by analyzing the content,direction and cost of knowledge flow.Meanwhile,it explores eight characteristics of the process of the knowledge flow in regional scientific and technological cooperation from the perspective of knowledge flow.Then it puts forward some thoughts about the work of regional scientific and technological cooperation.Specifically,regional scientific and technological strategies determine the mode and phased development of knowledge flow;it is necessary to promote the combination of knowledge flow with personnel flow,cultural flow and platform construction because it is conducive to the efficient integration of knowledge flow;and it is equally important to improve the construction of knowledge flow mechanisms to achieve the cost optimization of knowledge flow.
