美国“芯片法案”背景下中国芯片产业发展策略研究

A Research on the Development Strategy of China’s Chip Industry within the Context of the Chips and Science Act of the United States of America

科学技术是第一生产力,也是大国之间博弈的主战场。近些年,美国频频对中国芯片企业进行制裁,并联合韩国、日本等国针对芯片领域实施技术封锁。“芯片法案”的出台更是严重破坏了当前全球的芯片产业供应链,并对中国芯片产业发展造成影响。本文针对中国芯片产业发展情况,以及“芯片法案”背景下中国芯片产业的主要影响展开研究,最后提出相关建议对策。

Science and technology are the primary productive forces and the main battlefield of the game among major powers.In recent years,the United States has repeatedly imposed sanctions on Chinese chip companies and implemented technological blockades on the chip industry with South Korea,Japan and other countries.The introduction of the Chips and Science Act has seriously disrupted the current global supply chain of the chip industry,exerting an influence on the development of China’s chip industry.This paper focuses on the development of China’s chip industry and the main impact of the Chips and Science Act on the industry.Finally,it puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
