异速比对龙形轧制7075铝厚板变形的影响研究

摘要 针对异速比对龙形轧制7075铝合金50 mm厚板变形程度的影响进行了实验研究,在单道次压下10 mm、轧辊错位量4 mm的条件下,采用异速比1.00、1.06、1.10和1.16进行了龙形轧制实验,分析了异速比对轧板厚度、板厚方向分层晶粒组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,异速比对轧板厚度没有明显影响,不同异速比对轧板晶粒组织的影响也不明显;异速比为1.06和1.10时,轧板心部显微硬度高于异速比1.00的轧板,体现了异速比强化心部变形的作用;当异速比达到1.16时,轧板两个边面附近显微硬度明显降低,具体原因还有待进一步实验研究探索。 The experimental study was conducted on the effects of speed ratios on the deformation degree of 7075 aluminum alloy thick plate in dragon rolling process.Under the condition of single pass reduction of 10 mm and roller dislocation of 4 mm,the dragon rolling process was carried out with different speed ratios of 1.00,1.06,1.10 and 1.16.The effects of different speed ratios on the thickness,grain structure and microhardness in the direction of plate thickness were analyzed.The results showed the speed ratios had no obvious effect on the thickness of rolled plate and the grain structure of rolled plate.When the speed ratio was 1.06 and 1.10,the microhardness of the core of rolled plate was higher than that of 1.00,which reflected the strengthening effect of speed ratio on the core deformation.When the speed ratio reached 1.16,the microhardness near the two edges of rolled plate decreased obviously,this specific reason needed further experimental research.
