铝合金离合器壳体铸件缩松缺陷分析

摘要 简要分析了铝合金离合器壳体消失模铸件缩松缺陷的形态、位置、成因及其预防。通过试验发现,采用仿真模拟和现场实验相结合,改进浇注系统,增加浇口窝,提高浇注系统的补缩能力,可以有效解决铝合金离合器壳体缩松缺陷的问题。 The form,position,cause and prevention of shrinkage defects in aluminum alloy clutch housing EPC casting were briefly analyzed.Through the experiment,it was found that the shrinkage defects of aluminum alloy cluch housing could be effectively solved by combining the simulation with the field experiment,improving the gating system,increasing the gate nest,and improving the feeding capacity of the gating system.
