真空加压气淬工艺对W2Mo9Cr4VCo8(M42)钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 以W2Mo9Cr4VCo8(M42)钢为研究对象,研究不同真空气淬压强(1、5和9 bar)对W2Mo9Cr4VCo8(M42)试验件的心部组织、硬度及淬透效果的影响。研究表明,在不同气淬压强下试验件的淬透性不同,1 bar气淬条件下,可以淬透的尺寸为10 mm以下;5 bar气淬条件下,可以淬透的尺寸为30 mm以下;9 bar气淬条件下,可以淬透的尺寸为90 mm以下。淬火+三次回火后试验件的金相组织均为回火马氏体、碳化物及残留奥氏体。并对W2Mo9Cr4VCo8(M42)铣刀进行加压气淬试验,得到了满意的效果。 Taking W2Mo9Cr4VCo8(M42)steel as the research object,the effect of different vacuum gas quenching pressures(1,5 and 9 bar)on the core microstructure,hardness and quenching effect of W2Mo9Cr4VCo8(M42)test pieces was studied.The research showed that the hardenability of the test piece under different gas quenching pressure was different.Under 1 bar gas quenching conditions,the size that could be quenched was less than 10 mm.Under 5 bar gas quenching conditions,the size that could be quenched was below 30 mm.Under 9 bar gas quenching conditions,the size that could be quenched was below 90 mm.The microstructure of the test piece after quenching and three times tempering was tempered martensite,carbide and retained austenite.And the pressure quenching test was conducted on the W2Mo9Cr4VCo8(M42)milling cutter,and satisfactory results were obtained.
