摘要
以建筑和汽车用钢为例,介绍了轧制产品组织性能柔性控制技术在不同类型钢种开发中的应用情况。阐述了一钢多能与组织性能柔性控制的关系和实现方法。介绍了超细晶粒钢中晶粒细化机理、晶粒尺寸与强度的关系。对新提出的UniSteel的概念、理论基础和实现方法进行了较为详细的介绍,对UniSteel衍生的HSLA、DP、Q&P和PHS等钢种的组织性能柔性控制方法进行了阐述。
Taking the steels used in construction and automobiles as examples,the application of flexible control of microstructure and properties of rolled products in different types of steel grades was introduced.The relationship between one steel with multi-functions and flexible control of microstructure and properties and the realization method were described.The mechanism of grain refinement and the relationship between grain size and strength in ultra-fine grain steel were introduced.The concept,theoretical basis and implementation method of the newly proposed UniSteel were described in more detail,and the flexible control methods of the microstructure and properties of the steel grades derived from UniSteel,dealing with HSLA,DP,QP and PHS,were represented.
