摘要
针对成品圆钢框形偏析导致齿轮热处理变形不均匀的问题,利用DEFORM-3D塑性变形模拟软件计算分析了齿轮钢框形偏析在棒材连轧过程中的演变规律,计算结果与轧制试验检测结果基本吻合,验证了模型的可靠性。研究表明:进入连轧的坯料框形偏析区宽高比有一个合适的范围,在此范围内成品圆钢可以获得扁平比近似1.0的锭形偏析,用于生产齿轮可以获得较好的形状和尺寸;通过调整开坯工艺优化棒材的框形偏析尺寸更容易实施;根据圆钢框形偏析的理想尺寸,通过数值模拟的方法,可以倒推计算中间坯的框形偏析尺寸,从而可为开坯机工艺的优化提供依据。
Aiming at the problem of uneven deformation of gears during heat treatment caused by rectangle segregation of finished round bar,the evolution of gear steel rectangle segregation during bar continuous rolling was calculated by using DEFORM-3D plastic deformation simulation software.The calculated results were consistent with the rolling test results,which verified the reliability of the model.The research show that there is a suitable range for the width to height ratio of the rectangle segregation zone of the billet into the continuous rolling process.Within this range,the finished round bar can obtain rectangle segregation with a flat ratio of approximately 1.0,and good shape and size can be obtained for gear production.It is easier to optimize the rectangle segregation size of bar by adjusting the cogging process.According to the ideal size of rectangle segregation of round bar,the rectangle segregation size of the intermediate billet is calculated backward through the method of numerical simulation,which can provide a basis for the optimization of the billet cogging process.
