舒肝解郁胶囊联合针灸治疗慢性失眠伴焦虑抑郁障碍疗效观察

Clinical observation on Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on chronic insomnia with anxiety and depression disorder

目的 观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合针灸治疗慢性失眠伴焦虑抑郁障碍患者临床疗效。方法 将我院100例慢性失眠伴焦虑抑郁障碍患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各50例。对照组使用右佐匹克隆片治疗,治疗组使用舒肝解郁胶囊联合针灸治疗,比较两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)得分,快动眼睡眠时间、慢波睡眠时间S3、S4。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);两组各项PSQI得分下降,治疗组各项PSQI得分少于对照组( P<0.05);两组HAMA和HAMD得分减少,治疗组HAMA和HAMD得分少于对照组( P<0.05);两组快动眼睡眠时间和慢波睡眠时间S3、S4延长,治疗组快动眼睡眠时间和慢波睡眠时间S3、S4长于对照组( P<0.05)。结论 舒肝解郁胶囊联合针灸治疗慢性失眠伴焦虑抑郁障碍患者,可提高睡眠质量,改善焦虑、抑郁、睡眠状态。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of chronic insomnia with anxiety and depression.Methods A hundred cases of patients with chronic insomnia with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases each.Control group was treated with right zopiclone tablets,and treatment group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,REM sleep time,slow wave sleep time S3,S4 were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group( P 0.05);the PSQI scores decreased in both groups,and were lower in treatment group than those in control group( P<0.05);the scores of HAMA and HAMD in treatment group were lower than those in control group( P<0.05);the fast eye movement sleep time and slow wave sleep time S3,S4 in both groups were prolonged,and were longer in treatment group than those in control group( P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the sleep quality,anxiety,depression and sleep status of chronic insomnia patients with anxiety and depression disorders.
