乌头酊热敷联合中频干扰电疗治疗腰痛的临床分析

Clinical analysis of aconite tincture thermal compress combined with medium frequency interference electrotherapy in treatment of low back pain

目的 观察乌头酊热敷联合中频干扰电疗治疗腰痛的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治130例腰痛患者随机分为研究组与对照组各65例。对照组应用中频干扰电疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上采用乌头酊热敷。评价比较两组患者疗效、记录两组腰痛消失时间,检测治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ECR)和视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨外科学会(JOA)评分、中医证候积分。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组腰痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组CRP、ESR、VAS、ODI评分、中医证候积分低于治疗前,JOA评分高于治疗前,研究组CRP、ESR、VAS、ODI评分、中医证候积分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 乌头酊热敷联合中频干扰电疗治疗腰痛的临床疗效显著,能明显缩短病程,缓解腰痛,提高腰椎功能,改善中医证候。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aconite tincture thermal compress combined with medium frequency interference electrotherapy in treatment of low back pain.Methods A total of 130 patients with low back pain were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.Control group received medium frequency interference electrotherapy,while study group received aconite tincture thermal compress on the basis of tcontrol group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,the time of disappearance of low back pain between the two groups were ecorded,the C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and the Visual analogue score(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),Japanese Orthopedic Surgery Association(JOA),and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group;the disappearance time of low back pain in study group was shorter than that in control group;the CRP,ESR,VAS and ODI scores and TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in study group than those in control group;the JOA scores were higher in both groups than before treatment,and were higher in study group than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of thermal compress with aconite tincture and medium frequency interference electrotherapy has a significant clinical effect on treating low back pain,which significantly shortenes the course of the disease,alleviates low back pain,improves lumbar function,and improves TCM syndromes.
