ZHOU Shao-hua's experience in treating obstinate insomnia with depression disorder

顽固性失眠是失眠障碍的特殊类型,归属于中医“不寐”范畴,其主要特点为持续时间长、症状重、反复发作且多伴有情志障碍。抑郁障碍归属于中医“郁证”范畴,以情志低落、郁郁不舒、严重者自戕为主要表现。顽固性失眠与抑郁障碍不是单纯的病症关系,失眠可能是导致抑郁的病因,也可能是抑郁症患者的临床症状,二者互为因果。笔者有幸师从周绍华教授,跟师出诊,收获良多。文章总结周绍华教授治疗失眠伴抑郁障碍的诊治经验,以供临床同道借鉴学习。

Obstinate insomnia is a special type of insomnia disorder belonging to the category of“insomnia”in TCM.Its main characteristics are long duration,severe symptoms,recurrent attacks,and often accompanied by emotional disorders.Depression belongs to the category of“depression syndrome”in TCM,the main manifestations are low emotions,depression,and self harm in severe cases.Obstinate insomnia and depression are not simply related to symptoms,insomnia may be the cause of depression and a clinical symptom of depression patients,and the two are mutually causal.The author has the privilege of studying under Prof.ZHOU Shao-hua.The article summarized Prof.ZHOU Shao-hua's experience in treating insomnia with depression.
