摘要
Affected by Typhoon Doksuri,extreme rainfall fell in North and Northeast China and the regions along the Yellow and Huaihe rivers,and that rainfall triggered floods and geological disasters and resulted in heavy casualties in Beijing,Hebei and regions of Northeast China in the past few days.
