肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)是人体内重要的炎性细胞因子,与人的情绪行为和认知有关。目前双相障碍和精神分裂症的临床诊断主要依靠病史采集和精神检查,缺乏有效且客观的实验室指标和生物标志物。对TNF-α的研究有助于了解双相障碍、精神分裂症的发病机制,为其诊断和治疗提供参考依据。本文就TNF-α在双相障碍及精神分裂症诊治中的应用研究进展进行综述。

Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)is an important inflammatory cytokine in human body,which is related to human emotional behavior and cognition.At present,the clinical diagnosis of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia mainly depends on the medical history collection and the psychiatric examination,and it lacks effective and objective laboratory indicators and biomarkers.The study of TNF-αwill help to understand the pathogenesis of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia,and provide a reference for its diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviews the application research progress of TNF-αin the diagnosis and treatment of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
