复方炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果

Effects of Compound norethisterone tablets in treatment of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的:观察复方炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年7月该院收治的126例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者进行前瞻性研究,根据奇偶数法将其分为对照组和观察组各63例。对照组予以黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组予以复方炔诺酮片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、出血控制时间、完全止血时间、治疗前后临床相关指标(血细胞比容、血红蛋白、月经量)水平、性激素指标[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(60/63),高于对照组的84.13%(53/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出血控制时间、完全止血时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血细胞比容、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,月经量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.94%(5/63),低于对照组的22.22%(14/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方炔诺酮片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短出血控制时间和完全止血时间,改善临床相关指标和性激素指标水平,降低不良反应发生率,效果优于黄体酮胶囊治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Compound norethisterone tablets in treatment of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 126 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to this hospital from June 2021 to July 2022.According to the odd-even method,they were divided into control group and observation group,63 cases in each.The control group was treated with Progesterone capsules,while the observation group was treated with Compound norethisterone tablets.The clinical efficacy,the bleeding control time,the complete hemostasis time,the clinical related indicators(hematocrit,hemoglobin,menstrual volume)levels before and after the treatment,the sex hormone indicators[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%(60/63),which was higher than 84.13%(53/63)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding control time and the complete hemostasis time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the hematocrit and hemoglobin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the menstrual volume was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.94%(5/63),which was lower than 22.22%(14/63)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compound norethisterone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the bleeding control time and the complete hemostasis time,improve the levels of clinical related indicators and the sex hormone indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to Progesterone capsule treatment.
