糖尿病患者应对方式、社会支持与心理健康状况的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of coping style,social support and mental health status in diabetic patients

目的:分析糖尿病患者应对方式、社会支持与心理健康状况的相关性。方法:选取2021年3—10月联勤保障部队第988医院收治的254例糖尿病患者为研究对象。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对患者进行问卷调查,统计糖尿病患者SCL-90、SSRS、SCSQ评分得分情况,比较糖尿病患者与国内常模SCL-90各因子评分,分析糖尿病患者SSRS、SCSQ评分与SCL-90评分的相关性。结果:糖尿病患者SCL-90总分(159.35±48.24)分;SSRS客观支持评分(8.42±1.32)分,主观支持评分(10.76±1.68)分,对社会支持利用度评分(8.56±1.44)分;SCSQ消极应对评分(18.36±2.11)分,积极应对评分(14.26±1.98)分;糖尿病患者SCL-90总分及各因子评分均高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,糖尿病患者SSRS的客观支持、主观支持、对社会支持利用度评分和SCSQ的积极应对评分与SCL-90评分均呈负相关(r<0、P<0.05);糖尿病患者SCSQ的消极应对评分与SCL-90评分呈正相关(r>0、P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者社会支持评分和应对方式的积极应对评分与其心理健康状况均呈负相关,应对方式的消极应对评分与其心理健康状况呈正相关。

Objective:To analyze correlations among coping style,social support and mental health status of diabetic patients.Methods:254 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Symptom checklist(SCL-90),social support rating scale(SSRS)and simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)were used to assess the patients.The scores of SCL-90,SSRS and SCSQ in these diabetic patients were statistically analyzed.The scores of SCL-90 in the diabetic patients and the domestic norm were compared.The correlations among the SSRS,SCSQ and SCL-90 scores in the diabetic patients were analyzed.Results:The total score of SCL-90 in the diabetic patients was(159.35±48.24).The objective support of SSRS score was(8.42±1.32),the subjective support was(10.76±1.68),and the utilization of social support was(8.56±1.44).The SCSQ score was(18.36±2.11)for negative coping and(14.26±1.98)for positive coping.The total score of SCL-90 and the scores of each factor in the diabetic patients were higher than those in the domestic norm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the SSRS objective support and subjective support,social support utilization score,and SCSQ positive coping score of the diabetic patients were negatively correlated with the SCL-90 score(r<0,P<0.05).The SCSQ negative coping score of the diabetic patients was positively correlated with the SCL-90 score(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The social support score and the positive coping score of coping style in the diabetic patients are negatively correlated with their mental health status,while the negative coping scores of coping styles are positively correlated with their mental health status.
