东西部儿童家长对手足口病的认知情况和EV1疫苗的接种意愿调查

Survey of Awareness of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease and Willingness of EV1 Vaccine of Parents of Children in Eastern and Western Area

目的研究东西部儿童家长对手足口病的认知情况与EV71疫苗的接种意愿。方法选取2022年4月-2022年6月东部(广东省广州市)73名儿童和西部(贵州省毕节市)58名儿童,对其基本情况及EV71疫苗接种情况进行调查,同时对所选儿童父母进行手足口病认知情况问卷调查,收集儿童家长信息,了解其EV71疫苗接种意愿及影响因素,并对东西部儿童家长对手足口病的认知情况(采用评分制)及EV71疫苗接种意愿进行对比分析,了解家长手足口病认知及EV71疫苗接种意愿的东西部差异。结果在对手足口病认知情况得分、对手足口疫苗预防手足口病的了解情况方面,广州市家长优于毕节市家长(P<0.01);在接种手足口疫苗情况方面,广州市儿童接种情况优于毕节市儿童(P<0.01);在疫苗接种意愿方面,两地家长的疫苗接种意愿无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论东西部儿童的家长对手足口病的认知存在差异,这可能与东部地区对手足口病以及手足口疫苗预防手足口病的宣传广泛、东部地区家长文化程度较高有关。但东西部家长对接种手足口病疫苗的意愿无明显差异,这可能是因为东西部家长均认同接种疫苗是预防手足口病发生的重要途径,而且两地家长对该病的预防都比较重视。相关人员可通过宣传小册子、公益讲座等途径,加强西部儿童家长对该病的认识,促进东西部共同发展。

Objective To study awareness of hand,foot and mouth disease and willingness to EV71 vaccine of parents of children in the east and west area.Methods The paper chose 73 children in eastern area(Guangzhou City,Guangdong)and 58 children in western area(Bijie City,Guizhou)from April 2022 to June 2022,to investigate basic situation and EV71 vaccination status.At the same time,a questionnaire survey was carried out on parents of children to collect information on willingness of EV71 vaccination and influencing factors.The paper compared and analyzed awareness of parents of children with hand,foot and mouth disease in the east and west area(with scoring system)and willingness of EV71 vaccine,to understand difference in awareness and willingness to receive EV71 vaccine between the east and west area.Results In terms of cognitive scores on hand,foot and mouth disease and understanding of vaccine prevention,parents in Guangzhou had higher scores than Bijie(P<0.01).In terms of vaccination against hand,foot and mouth vaccines,vaccination rate of children in Guangzhou was better than Bijie(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference in willingness of parents to receive vaccines between two areas(P>0.05).Conclusion There is difference in understanding of hand,foot and mouth disease of parents of children in eastern and western,which may be related to widespread promotion of hand,foot and mouth disease and vaccine prevention in eastern area,as well as high cultural level of parents in eastern area.However,there is no significant difference in willingness of parents in the east and west to receive vaccine,both parents may agree that vaccination is an important way to prevent hand,foot and mouth disease and parents in both areas attach great importance to disease prevention.We can enhance awareness of parents of children in western area about the disease and promote common development of the east and west through promotional brochures,public lectures and other means.
