依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性缺血性脑梗死的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Edaravone Combined with Medication in Treatment of Progressive Ischemic Stroke

目的分析依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性缺血性脑梗死的效果。方法此研究观察例数是80例,均系进展性缺血性脑梗死患者,患者在2020年1月-2022年2月被收治入组,以单双号方式随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合依达拉奉治疗,对比两组的临床有效率,观察病情改善情况,同时比较两组的血清炎症因子水平。结果在治疗有效率的对比中,两组差异较大,观察组为95%(38例),显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在改良的爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚量表评分(MESSS)、日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)比较中,两组存在较大差异,观察组结果优,(P<0.05);在hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8比较中,两组存在较大差异,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性缺血性脑梗死有比较显著的效果,可以改善神经功能损伤,提升患者活动能力,同时减轻了患者炎性反应,对于改善预后具有积极作用。

Objective To analyze effect of edaravone combined with ozagrel sodium in treatment of progressive ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods The study collected 80 cases progressive ischemic cerebral infarction patients from January 2020 to February 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly with single or double number method.Control group was treated with sodium ozagrel,and observation group with edaravone on the basis of control group.Clinical effective rate between two groups was compared,condition improvement was observed,level of serum inflammatory factors between two groups was compared.Results Comparison showed,treatment effect had significant difference between two groups,which was 95%(38 cases)in observation group,significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Modified Edinburgh Scandinavian Scale scores(MESSS),activities of daily living scores(ADL),and neurological deficit scores(NIHSS scores)showed significant difference between two groups,those of observation group were better,(P<0.05).Hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-8 showed significant difference between two groups,that of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel can achieve significant effect in treatment of progressive ischemic cerebral infarction,can improve neurological damage,enhance activity of patients,reduce inflammatory reaction,which has positive effect in improving prognosis.
