针灸结合清胰汤灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Pancreas Cleaning Decoction Enema on Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析急性胰腺炎行针灸+清胰汤灌肠治疗的效果。方法以2018年8月-2021年8月入选的102例急性胰腺炎患者为样本,入院后采取抽签法分为普通组和综合组,各51例。普通组行普通胰腺炎治疗,综合组增加针灸+清胰汤灌肠治疗,观察炎症指标、统计有效率、评估肝肾功能。结果治疗前检测各患者的IL-6、IL-8以及TNF-α等指标,数据在综合组、普通组不符合正态分布,(P>0.05)。治疗后检测各患者的IL-6、IL-8以及TNF-α等指标,数据符合正态分布,且综合组比普通组低(P<0.05)。胰腺炎治疗有效性符合正态分布,综合组(96.08%)比普通组(80.39%)高(P<0.05)。治疗前除经肌酐、谷丙转氨酶等指标判断肝肾功能外,还需检测各患者的血淀粉酶,综合组和普通组均不符合正态分布(P>0.05);治疗后也检测三项指标,数据符合正态分布,综合组比普通组低(P<0.05)。结论针灸+清胰汤灌肠的方案能大幅改善肝肾功能,减轻炎症反应,有效性高,能加速急性胰腺炎的恢复。

Objective To analyze effect of acupuncture+pancreas cleaning decoction enema on acute pancreatitis.Methods The paper chose 102 patients with acute pancreatitis from August 2018 to August 2021 as samples,and divided them into general group and comprehensive group,with 51 cases in each group,(P<0.05).General group was treated with common pancreatitis scheme,and comprehensive group with acupuncture+pancreas cleaning decoction enema.Inflammatory indicators,statistical effect were observed,liver and kidney functions were evaluated.Results Before treatment,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels were not consistent the normal distribution in each group,P>0.05.After treatment,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels were consistent with normal distribution in each group,data in comprehensive group were lower than general group,(P<0.05).Curative effect of pancreatitis was in accordance with normal distribution,that in comprehensive group(96.08%)was higher than general group(80.39%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,in addition to liver and kidney functions of creatinine,alanine transaminase and other indicators,blood amylase of each patient should be detected,which in comprehensive group and general group was not consistent with normal distribution,P>0.05.Three indexes should be detected after treatment,which were consistent with normal distribution.Those of comprehensive group were lower than general group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture+pancreas cleaning decoction enema can improve liver and kidney functions significantly,reduce inflammatory reaction with high effectiveness,can accelerate recovery of acute pancreatitis.
