天麻钩藤饮与常规西药治疗法对脑梗死患者神经功能、头晕的影响

Effect of Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction and Routine Western Medicine on Neurological Function and Dizziness of Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的分析天麻钩藤饮与常规西药在脑梗死治疗中对患者神经功能、头晕的影响。方法选择2022年1月-2022年8月至本院治疗的脑梗死患者共58例,按照不同治疗方案分成对照组、观察组,各29例。对照组围绕常规干预手段展开治疗,观察组以天麻钩藤饮+常规西药方案展开治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果观察组疗效明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组干预后中医症候积分明显比对照组更低,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组干预后神经功能以及昏迷评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组干预后不良症状较观察组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论将常规西药与天麻钩藤饮联合应用于脑梗死患者的治疗中,能够促进临床疗效得到进一步提高,有助于改善其神经功能以及昏迷程度,且临床用药的安全性相对较高,临床应用价值显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze effect of gastrodia and uncaria decoction and routine Western medicine on neurological function and dizziness of cerebral infarction patients.Methods The paper chose 58 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2022 to August 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans,with 29 cases in each group,(P<0.05).Control group was treated with routine intervention methods,while observation group with gastrodia and uncaria decoction+routine Western medicine.Curative effect between two different treatment methods was compared and analyzed.Results Curative effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the TCM syndrome scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,neurological function and coma scores of observation group were significantly better than control group,(P<0.05).Adverse symptoms in control group after intervention were significantly higher than observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of routine Western medicine and gastrodia and uncaria decoction can further improve clinical effect,neurological function and coma degree in treatment of cerebral infarction patients,with relatively high safety for clinical medication and significant clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion.
