连花清瘟颗粒结合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿肺功能指标与T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响

Effect of Lianhua Qingwen Granules Combined with Azithromycin on Pulmonary Function Indicators and T Lymphocyte Subsets of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的探究连花清瘟颗粒结合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿肺功能指标与T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法选取东平县人民医院2022年1月-2022年11月收治的200例支原体肺炎患儿为研究样本,采用随机法分为研究组(100例)、对照组(100例),对照组采取阿奇霉素治疗,研究组采取连花清瘟颗粒+阿奇霉素治疗,对比两组临床病症消失时间、肺功能指标、T淋巴细胞亚群水平情况以及治疗有效率。结果研究组体温恢复正常时间、喘息消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组FVC、PEV1、PEF指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组CD3+、CD8+低于对照组,CD4+以及CD3+/CD8+高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用连花清瘟颗粒+阿奇霉素方案治疗支原体肺炎患儿,临床效果较好,安全性较高,值得在同病例治疗中推广实施。

Objective To investigate effect of Lianhua Qingwen granules combined with zithromycin on lung function indicators and T lymphocyte subsets levels of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 200 children with mycoplasma pneumonia from Dongping County People's Hospital from January 2022 to November 2022 as study samples,and divided them into study group of 100 cases and control group of 100 cases randomly.Control group was treated with azithromycin,while study group with Lianhua Qingwen granules and azithromycin.Clinical symptom disappearance time,lung function indicators,T lymphocyte subgroup levels and treatment effect between two groups were compared.Results Recovery time of body temperature,disappearance time of wheezing,lung rales and cough in study group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).FVC,PEV1 and PEF indicators in study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).CD3+and CD8+levels in study group were lower than control group,while CD4+and CD3/CD8+levels were higher than control group(P<0.05).Effective rate of treatment in research group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen granules+zithromycin scheme can achieve good clinical effect and high safety in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,which is worthy of promotion and application in similar treatment.
