尿液标本放置不同时间对患者尿沉渣检验结果中尿红细胞、白细胞的影响

摘要 目的探究尿液标本放置时间对患者尿沉渣检验结果中尿红细胞和尿白细胞的影响。方法随机选取2022年6-8月在本院进行尿沉渣检查的60例富含红细胞和白细胞的门诊尿标本进行研究,分别检测室温环境下其中即刻时、放置1h后、放置2h后、放置4h后和放置6h后所含尿红细胞、尿白细胞的检验结果,并分析其数值变化情况。结果在尿液标本检验中,对尿液进行即刻检查时,尿红细胞数值为(204.2±286.9)个/μL、放置1h后尿红细胞为(195.5±275.7)个/μL、放置2h后、4h后、6h后的尿红细胞数值分别为(184.9±263.2)个/μL、(171.6±258.1)个/μL、(162.5±253.1)个/μL,尿红细胞会根据尿液标本放置时间的延长而降低,与即刻测定数据间对比有价值(P<0.05);在尿白细胞比较中,即刻、放置1h后、放置2h后、放置4h后、放置6h后尿白细胞数值分别为(347.2±235.2)个/μL、(340.5±237.2)个/μL、(332.5±238.9)个/μL、(319.3±233.3)个/μL、(304.2±231.4)个/μL,尿白细胞会随尿液标本放置时间的延长而降低,与即刻测定数值对比存在统计价值(P<0.05)。结论尿液标本放置时间越长,尿液中红细胞和白细胞数值降低越明显,对检查结果影响越大。因此,尿液收集后及早进行检查效果更为准确,与研究目的一致。 Objective To investigate effect of different time of placing urine samples on urinary red blood cells and white blood cells in results of urine sediment test of patients.Methods The paper chose 60 outpatient urine samples with rich red blood cells and white blood cells for urine sediment examination in our hospital from June to August 2022,and detected results and numerical changes of urine red blood cells and white blood cells at room temperature,immediately,standing after 1 hour,2 hours,4 hours and 6 hours.Results During urine sample examination,immediate detection showed,number of red blood cells in urine was(204.2±286.9)/μL.After 1 hour of standing,number of red blood cells in urine was(195.5±275.7)/μL.,urine red blood cell values were(184.9±263.2)/μL,(171.6±258.1)/μL,(162.5±253.1)/μL respectively after 2 hours,4 hours and 6 hours of standing.Urinary red blood cells decreased according to prolonged standing time of urine samples,which was valuable for comparison with immediate measurement data(P<0.05).During comparison of urine white blood cells,values of urine white blood cells were(347.2±235.2)/μL,(340.5±237.2)/μL,(332.5±238.9)/μL,(319.3±233.3)/μL,(304.2±231.4)/μL respectively with immediate detection,standing after 1 hour,after 2 hours,after 4 hours and after 6 hours.Urinary white blood cells decreased with prolongation of urine sample standing time,which showed statistical value compared with immediate detection values(P<0.05).Conclusion The longer urine sample is placed,the more significant decrease in red and white blood cell values in the urine and the greater effect on examination results.Early examination after urine collection can achieve more accurate effect,which is consistent with research purpose.
