PBL教学法在妇产科教学中的应用分析

摘要 目的探究在妇产科教学中PBL教学法的应用效果及价值。方法将2021年4月-2022年4月在医院妇产科实习的160名医学专业学生作为研究对象,依据带教方法的差异性展开随机分组,常规教学法设为对照组,PBL教学法命名为研究组,每组各80名,观察比较两组的教学效果。结果研究组理论成绩、实践操作分数高于对照组(P<0.05);教学后,研究组自主学习能力、团队协作能力、沟通交流能力、临床思维能力、问题分析解决能力、岗位适应能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科教学中引入PBL教学法能取得良好教学效果,促进实习生综合素养提升,值得推荐引入。 Objective To explore application effect and value of PBL teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods The paper chose 160 medical students interned in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 as research objects,and divided them into two groups randomly based on difference in teaching methods.Control group was treated with routine teaching method,while research group with PBL teaching method,with 80 students in each group,(P<0.05).Teaching effect between two groups was observed and compared.Results Theoretical and practical scores of research group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After teaching,research group scoresd higher than control group in terms of self-directed learning ability,teamwork ability,communication and communication ability,clinical thinking ability,problem analysis and problem-solving ability and job adaptation ability(P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction degree of research group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing PBL teaching method can achieve good teaching effect in obstetrics and gynecology teaching,and improve comprehensive literacy of interns,which is worth recommending.
