不同管理方法在精神专科医院药品管理中的应用效果对比

Application Effect Comparison of Different Management Methods in Drug Management of Psychiatric Hospitals

目的探究CVA分类管理法(critical value analysis)、ABC分类管理法(activity based classification)及传统管理法在精神专科医院药品管理中的应用效果。方法分别于2017-2019年采取传统管理法、ABC分类管理法及CVA分类管理法进行药品采购及库存管理,考察不同管理方法下,医务人员及患者满意度、采购情况及库存管理情况的变化,并进行统计分析。结果CVA分类管理法与ABC分类管理法及传统管理法相比,在保障药物覆盖率及采购总品种的基础上,显著提高药物供应及时率、药物合用率、药库人员及患者满意度,使药品采购周期、采购次数、采购金额、库存平均、库存周转率、断货率、安全库存周期和盘点工作量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论CVA分类管理法可促进精神专科医院药品采购及库存管理更加合理化,可降低精神专科医院的医疗成本,提高医疗服务质量。

Objective To explore difference in application effect of different classification management methods(CVA classification management method,ABC classification management method and traditional management method)in drug management of psychiatric hospitals.Methods The paper studied traditional management,ABC classification management and CVA classification management for drug procurement and inventory management from 2017 to 2019,examined changes in satisfaction degree,procurement status and inventory management of medical staff and patients under different management methods,and carried on statistical analysis.Results CVA classification management method can improve timely rate of drug supply,drug sharing rate,satisfaction degree of drug warehouse staff and patients more significantly,while ensuring drug coverage and total procurement varieties,reduce drug procurement cycle,procurement frequency,procurement amount,average inventory,inventory turnover rate,outage rate,safety inventory cycle and inventory workload more significantly than ABC classification management method and traditional management method,(P<0.05).Conclusion CVA classification management method can promote rationalization of drug procurement and inventory management in psychiatric hospitals,reduce medical costs and improve the quality of medical services.
