摘要
卒中后抑郁(PSD)是发生于脑卒中后常见的神经精神并发症之一,主要表现为以情绪低落、兴趣减退为特征的情感障碍综合征,可严重影响患者神经功能的恢复及回归社会的能力。因此,探讨PSD的发病机制和治疗方案仍为当今研究的热点。氧化应激指体内氧自由基代谢出现失衡,导致自由基蓄积过多,从而损伤机体组织细胞的过程,氧化应激在PSD的发生发展中发挥重要作用。研究发现,氧化应激与PSD的其他发病机制也存在一定联系,它们之间相互作用促进了疾病的发生。本文就氧化应激与PSD之间的关系及相关的抗氧化治疗研究进展做一综述,以期从氧化应激的角度进一步优化PSD的诊疗方案。
Post-stroke depression(PSD)is one of the most common neuropsychiatric complications after stroke,mainly manifested as mood disorder syndrome characterized by low mood and decreased interest,which can seriously affect the recovery of patients′neurological function and their ability to return to society.Therefore,exploring the pathogenic mechanism and the corresponding treatment of PSD is still a hot topic in current research.Oxidative stress is a process of the imbalance of oxygen free radical metabolism in the body,resulting in excessive free radical accumulation,which can damage the body tissue,and play an important role in the occurrence and development of PSD.Studies have shown that oxidative stress is also linked to other pathogenesis of PSD,and their interactions contribute to the development of PSD.This article will review the relationship between oxidative stress and PSD,and the research progress of related antioxidant therapy,in order to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of PSD from the perspective of oxidative stress.
