工科拔尖创新人才融合贯通自主培养模式探索与实践——以南京理工大学钱学森学院为例

摘要 党的二十大报告强调“全面提高人才自主培养质量,着力造就拔尖创新人才”,对教育发展、科技创新和人才培养的一体化推进提出了新的时代要求。南京理工大学是国防军工特色鲜明的高校,学校面向国家重大战略需求,发挥兵器与装备、信息与控制、化工与材料三大特色学科群优势,以学科交叉为核心,贯通培养为抓手,健全机制为保障,开展拔尖创新人才自主培养。本文对南京理工大学钱学森学院多年来拔尖创新人才自主培养的经验进行总结,为推进学校教育教学改革和提升学校办学特色品质提供典型经验,为相关院校工科拔尖创新人才培养提供借鉴和参考。 It is emphasized in The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that“we must comprehensively improve self-initiated talent cultivation quality,and endeavor to train top-quality innovative talents”.This exerts an integrated new epoch request on education development,technological innovation and talent cultivation.With its distinctive military and national defense features,Nanjing University of Science and Technology(NJUST)responds to great strategic needs and brings its superiority into full play in terms of armament and equipment,electronics and information,as well as chemistry and material.Centering on interdisciplinary studies,NJUST starts from integrated cultivation goals,improves education mechanism as a guarantee,and commits itself to top-quality talent cultivation.This paper summarizes years of talent cultivation experiences in Qian Xuesen College,NJUST.This is meant to provide typical reference cases to promote NJUST educational reforms and feature-specific training quality.It also serves good consulting teachings for similar engineering colleges and universities in their top innovative talent training practice.
