Economy of Centralized Cooling and Split Air Conditioner Cooling with Different Charging Modes

阐述单一制、两部制、三部制、新两部制收费模式。以重庆市某建筑面积为124m^(2)住宅为例,对比分析新两部制模式集中供冷、三部制模式集中供冷、分体空调供冷的经济性。新两部制模式集中供冷单位建筑面积运营期费用比三部制模式集中供冷低241元/m^(2),具有经营优势。分体空调供冷比新两部制模式集中供冷单位建筑面积运营期费用高128元/m^(2),使用新两部制模式集中供冷更具有经济优势。

The charging modes of simple system,two-part system,three-part system and new two-part system are expounded.Taking a residential building with a construction area of 124 m^(2)in Chongqing as an example,the economy of the new two-part system centralized cooling,three-part system centralized cooling and split air conditioner cooling is compared and analyzed.The operating cost per unit construction area of the new two-part system centralized cooling is 241 yuan/m^(2)lower than that of the three-part system centralized cooling,which has operational advantages.The operating cost per unit construction area of the split air conditioner cooling is 128 yuan/m^(2)higher than that of the new two-part system centralized cooling,and using the new two-part system centralized cooling has more economic advantages.
