摘要
调研两家典型燃气公司2020—2021年的商业用户燃气安全隐患数据,从燃气安全隐患类型与位置方面,对空间和时间分布特征及原因进行分析。通过空间分布特征分析,发现不同燃气公司的商业用户高频安全隐患位置为灶具、燃气泄漏报警器和燃具连接管。重大安全隐患和较大安全隐患出现频次均显著高于一般安全隐患,累计占比超过98%。通过时间分布特征分析,发现有的燃气公司存在安全隐患形势更加严峻的问题。与2020年相比,2021年仅一处(燃气表)的安全隐患出现频次降低,其余均上升,其中阀门处2021年的安全隐患出现频次为2020年的3倍。建议从加强市场监管和燃气安全宣传、改进安全隐患排查整治方法等方面提升安全隐患排查整治效果,从而减少商业用户燃气事故发生率。
The data of gas safety hazards for commercial users of two typical gas companies from 2020 to 2021 are investigated,and the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and causes are analyzed from the perspective of the types and locations of gas safety hazards.Through the analysis of spatial distribution characteristics,it is found that the locations of high frequency safety hazards for commercial users of different gas companies are stoves,gas leak alarms and gas appliance connecting pipes.The occurrence frequency of major safety hazards and relatively large safety hazards is significantly higher than that of general safety hazards,accounting for more than 98%of the total.Through the analysis of temporal distribution characteristics,it is found that some gas companies have more serious safety risk problems.Compared with 2020,the frequency of safety hazards in only one location(gas meter)decreased in 2021,while the rest increased,and the frequency of safety hazards at valves in 2021 was three times that of 2020.It is suggested to strengthen the market supervision and publicity of gas safety,improve the safety hidden danger investigation and rectification methods,etc.to improve the effectiveness of safety hazard investigation and rectification,so as to reduce the incidence of commercial user gas accidents.
